How STOKED MEDIA handles your information.
This policy explains what STOKED MEDIA collects on stoketmedia.in and why.
When you submit a verification request we collect your name, the partner company, your self-reported Client/User ID, your Telegram username if you give it, your email address and any message you add. We never ask for passwords, OTPs, PAN, Aadhaar or bank details.
Only to review your eligibility for VIP access, contact you about your request and show you your status. Client/User IDs are visible only to authorised staff and are masked on your status page.
We email you a one-time code to confirm your address before a request is saved and whenever you check your status.
When you choose to message us on Telegram, you decide what to send. Telegram’s own privacy policy applies there.
Requests are deleted automatically after a period without updates, or sooner if you ask. Email support@stoketmedia.in to request access to or deletion of your data.
